Helen is primarily a leadership and team coach who loves to partner with people to free them up to lead in their work, their careers and in their lives.
She has over 20 years of global leadership experience firstly in IT and then in HR holding both UK HR Director and global Talent, Learning and Organisational Development roles.
Helen brings together her first degree engineering discipline and structure with her second degree (Masters in Coaching) to enable leadership and team development founded on data, either through powerful Feedforward qualitative interviews or team diagnostics. She prides herself on a quality partnership and warm approach where those she works with feel safe to be themselves and have space and freedom to make leaps forward in their growth.
I firmly believe that every individual in an organisation deserves the opportunity to grow and learn; the right to feel valued in their contribution and the right to have a manager who knows how to spark or as they say in Spanish ‘Chispa’ the endless possibilities in what they are capable of.
