Understand the needs and challenges of the learners​

We will take time to conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to gather insights about your learner’s preferences, goals, and learning styles. This step helps us gain a deep understanding of the learners’ context.

Define the outcomes

Based on the insights gathered, we define the goals and objectives of the training program. At this stage it is critical to articulate what skills or knowledge the learners need to acquire or improve upon through the learning. This step ensures that the training is focused and relevant.

Ideate the ideal learning solution

We generate a range of ideas and solutions for the learners. We will brainstorm and collaborate with your subject matter experts and business leaders. We explore different approaches, methodologies, and formats that can effectively deliver the learning solution and then agree to a way forward.

Develop and design a learning solution prototype

This is normally in the format of a pilot session. The prototype helps you visualize and test different components of the learning, such as content structure, learning activities, assessments, and user interface if applicable.  We will then make amendments and changes until the prototype feels ready for launch.

Delivery of final learning solution

We can stop here and pass the execution part to you, or we can help with communication plans, marketing, launches and of course the critical measurement of learning application and transfer.
