For more than two decades, Lee Peterson has been a learning and development professional for sales and marketing teams across a diverse set of industries.

She’s held regional and global positions with Mars, Inc., Twitter, Lexmark International and Reynolds American. Lee’s passion has always been to help people learn and grow and throughout her career she has focused on building the capabilities within organizations to drive lasting positive change for the teams she supported.As a certified Gallup Strengths Coach, Lee knows the positive impact that embracing a strengths-based development approach has on an individuals’ ability to achieve their goals and increase their job satisfaction.

When not working lee can be found walking her dog Sam, caring for Pixi the cat and studying to become a practitioner of applied positive psychology.
